Your name, e-mail address and any other information you provide are kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will we ever share them with any other individual or company.
Secure Shopping

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which gives you the strongest security certificate available. Your credit card information is encrypted while traveling the Internet, making it unreadable to others.

We do not record your credit card number. However, Moneris – our credit card processing vendor – does keep your information on file for 90 days in order to make handling refunds easier. At the end of 90 days, your credit card information is purged from Moneris’ system.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds after the camp has started.  And, we require a 2 week notice prior to the start of any camp if you will be cancelling.  Any notices given less than 2 weeks before the start date will be assessed a 20% late cancellation fee.
