05. Order Processing
5.01
The Hockey Profit Center™ shall establish the procedures of selling the Product including, without limitation, the placement of orders, pricing, payment terms, processing, delivery, returns etc. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, The Hockey Profit Center™ shall have the right to cancel, suspend or delay any order for the Product, including the right to discontinue selling the Product at any time.
