2.01

The Hockey Profit Center™ hereby grants to the Affiliate the non-exclusive and revocable right to market and advertise the Product and to establish links to The Hockey Profit Center™ Website, the whole in accordance with this Agreement.

2.02

The Affiliate shall diligently and continuously market and advertise the Product through the Internet and shall develop, operate and maintain links from its site to The Hockey Profit Centerʼs™ site at its sole cost and expense.

2.03

The Affiliate represents and warrants to The Hockey Profit Center™ that this Agreement has been duly and validly executed and constitutes and shall continue to constitute a legal obligation, enforceable in accordance with its terms.
